We used John Carroll to sell our home last summer and he was outstanding.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Referred by a friend, John Carroll stood out as the best San Jose has to offer: his organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings.

We spoke with John and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how he will work to sell our home, how long our home could possibly stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was not in a great location and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. John made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
